- 10-15 Spicy Italian Sausages
- 16 ounces of room temp cream cheese
- Pickled Jalapeños slices (20-25 slices)
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound of cooked bacon (Diced)
- 1 cup of diced pickled jalapeños

To begin, assemble your stuffing by combining cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, bacon, and diced pickled jalapeños in a large mixing bowl. Ensure thorough mixing for a flavorful stuffing.
Next, prepare your sausages by cutting them and creating small boats out of them.
Stuff each sausage boat with the cream cheese stuffing mixture, ensuring they are filled to the brim with deliciousness.
Top each stuffed sausage with slices of pickled jalapeños and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top for added flavor.
Cooking Process
Preheat your smoker or oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit(149°C) or alternatively, you can make this recipe in the oven for equally delicious results.
Place the stuffed sausages in the smoker and cook for about an hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 155-160 degrees Fahrenheit(68°C-71°C). Ensure to probe the sausages in the meat, not the stuffing, for accurate temperature readings.
Once cooked, allow the sausages to rest for 10 minutes to let the flavors settle and the juices redistribute.
Finally, slice the stuffed sausages or enjoy them whole, according to your preference.

Ingredients
- 10-15 Spicy Italian Sausages
- 16 ounces of room temp cream cheese
- Pickled Jalapeños slices (20-25 slices)
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound of cooked bacon (Diced)
- 1 cup of diced pickled jalapeños
Instructions
- Assemble your filling
- In a large mixing bowl add cream cheese, 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, bacon, a few diced pickled jalapeños (Make sure you save some slices to go on top) and mix thoroughly
- Cut your sausage & make little boats out of them
- Stuff the sausage with the cream stuffing
- Place your pickled jalapeños on top of the stuffed sausage (I used 2 slices per sausage)
- Add the rest of your cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed sausage
- Set your smoker 300 degrees (You can make this recipe in the oven as well)
- Place the Sausages in the smoker for about an hour till the internal temp reaches 155-160 (Make sure when you probe your sausages you are temping them in the meat not the stuffing)
- When you take them out make sure you let them rest for 10 minutes
- Cut them into slices or eat whole. The choice is yours!
Notes
These are a party favorite i recommend prepping them the day before it will make the cooking process the next day that much easier
