  • 2 Cowboy Ribeye steaks
  • Steak/Beef seasoning (Ill put a recipe for a simple steak seasoning down below!)
  • 4-6 tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions For Bruschetta Steak

Begin by trimming any unwanted fat. season both steaks on both sides with steak or beef seasoning

Prepare your smoker or oven by setting it to a temperature of 225 degrees Fahrenheit, creating the perfect environment for slow-smoking perfection.

Carefully place your seasoned ribeyes on an elevated rack within the smoker, allowing them to absorb the delicate smoky flavors as they cook to an internal temperature of 110 degrees Fahrenheit.

While the ribeyes smoke to perfection, prepare the refreshing accompaniment: Fresh Bruschetta. Start by halving and deseeding ripe tomatoes, then dicing them and combining them with finely chopped garlic, shallot, and basil in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Give the bruschetta mixture a good mix and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Once the ribeyes reach an internal temperature of 110 degrees, transfer them to high heat to develop a tantalizing crust. Flip them accordingly until they reach an internal temperature of 130 degrees, indicating they’re perfectly done.
